Recommendation labels

Personally used means Amy and/or Ryan have meaningful direct experience with the exact product or service. Research-backed means the recommendation is based on current specifications, credible independent evidence, established owner feedback, safety and support information, alternatives, and our editorial analysis without implying personal testing. What we’d buy today identifies our current purchase conclusion for the stated use case, budget, and date; it may be based on direct experience, research, or both.
